Method Creek Software collects only the data needed to run OSHA Pulse — account email, hashed password, watchlist contents, billing identifiers from Stripe, and an audit trail of account actions. We don't sell customer data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the marketing site or the portal.

Product analytics.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how OSHA Pulse is used and improve it — usage analytics and anonymized session replays, not advertising. In the portal, billing, profile, and password fields are masked and never recorded.
